Returns We want you to love your Decoriento piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Important Note on Vintage Items: Please remember that our rugs and pillows are vintage (50-60 years old). Minor imperfections, fading, or signs of wear are not defects; they are part of the item's unique history and character. We do our best to photograph these details.
Return Shipping Costs Since we offer free shipping on large orders, customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (applicable for ceramics/soaps), send us an email.
