The Cicim technique involves adding a third thread for decoration, creating raised, embroidery-like motifs that stand out on the surface. While the warp and weft threads provide a uniform base, the decorative threads vary in thickness and color, enhancing the kilim's visual appeal. Predominantly made from sheep’s wool, with occasional use of goat hair, this durable and artistic piece is a blend of tradition and elegance.
